We visited Leh in sep 2012 as a group of 8 people for 7 days. Since we had little time we decided to fly in and out of Leh instead of driving. In order to avoid any inconveniences we decided to make all bookings beforehand as wanted this trip to be a memorable one. We have known the owners of Air Channel Travels and have used their services, quite often for booking tickets but this was the first time we were booking a whole trip. The owners and staff at Air Channel are nothing but professional. As soon as we gave them our dates, length of trip and budget constraints they were prompt to reply back with two quotes with different itineraries. They were always willing to add a day, change the route, etc unlike other bigs tour planners. Everything was perfectly arranged  from the pickups at the airport, hotels we stayed at, cars that were provided and meals that were included. Even the drivers were amazing locals who were smart and well informed. Even when we had a change in plans due to a delay due to road blasting in Khardungla, they were immediately available to respond to our requests for a change in part of the itinerary. While we had decided to skip Pangong Lake due to the previous day problems being stuck at Khardungla, the air channel staff were able to convince us to proceed.
